With a busy modeling career and a young family, Miranda Kerr hardly has time to socialize.
But the beautiful brunette made an exception for a book and fragrance launch event in New York on Monday.
The Victoria’s Secret Angel stepped out for a rare appearance to celebrate the occasion with her fashion friends and dressed up to the nines.

Looking as stunning and stylish as usual, Miranda opted to go for a casual chic look in a printed satin skirt and sheer black blouse.
Making the most of her toned pins, the star showed them off in the short skirt that she teamed up with a pair of black sandals to add some extra height to her 5’10 frame.
Miranda left her luscious brunette locks down in a wavy style as she kept her make-up natural, opting only for blush to add a healthy glow.

The mother-of-one attended the joint launch event for Fire Tree fragrance oil and photography book Nomad Two Worlds at ABC Carpet Home in Midtown, New York.
The model only last week graced the catwalk during the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion extravaganza, and she explained the Esquire why she doesn’t mind parading around in tiny lingerie.
‘I believe in celebrating the female figure and embracing what we’ve been given, not hiding that,’ she said.
Speaking of whether or not she has any rules when it comes to posing in the nude, Miranda explained: ‘I don’t really think of rules, as long as it’s classy and timeless and it’s something I wouldn’t be ashamed of.’

She also talked about her exercise regime, and is adamant her outdoorsy nature is the reason she stays fit.
‘I really feel that my body craves to be in the mountains or by the ocean or in the countryside,’ she mused. ‘I like to climb. I find it very rewarding. I don’t like abseiling, though. I don’t like going down. I like going up.’
She adds: ‘I must have been a koala in my past life.’

Of course she doesn’t get it wrong; she has a stylist to do it for her so she doesn’t have to worry her pretty little head over it and hurt herself.

I really wish the DM would stop fawning over this girl. She has a pretty face, but the legs of a stick insect on a diet and as such they are not remotely appealing to any normal or average man.
